What Is It? Catechin Green is a chewable, whole leaf green tea tablet. The primary ingredient of Catechin Green is green tea leaves, rich in catechin, chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals and flavonoids. It also contains green barley grass extract and zedoariae rhizoma, a type of ginger.

Tea leaves contain a lot of minerals, which are called "phytominerals," and have a powerful nutritional activity without the toxic action that is found in metal minerals. Especially, fluorine (F) and zinc (Zn), which are known minerals found in tea leaves. It is commonly known that fluorine can prevent tooth decay development.

In recent years, many people have been losing their sensitivity to taste. This is caused by poly phosphate which is used widely as a preservative for food and when ingested it depletes the body of zinc. Zinc plays an important role in our ability to taste. This makes zinc in green tea leaves a very important mineral.

Each tablet is made using about 830mg of green tea leaves, and approximately 125g are needed to make a bottle of Catechin Green (50g). The recommended dosage is 2-3 tablets 3 times daily, chewed and dissolved slowly in the mouth for best results.
